Who is this program for?

This program is designed for Working professionals, managers and L&D-nominated teams. The week is structured so first-timers and learners with prior exposure both progress meaningfully — every day starts with a primer and ends with applied practice.

How long is the program and what is the time commitment?

The cohort runs for 7 days with 7 focused hours per session — 49 hours of learning in total. Days are split into a 3-hour concept studio in the morning, a 2-hour guided lab after lunch, and a 2-hour apply-and-reflect block before close.

Do learners get a certificate?

Yes. Every learner who completes the capstone and clears the final assessment earns a verified Uniko Academy certificate for "Enterprise Design Thinking & Innovation Labs", along with a portfolio-ready capstone artefact.

What about placements and outcomes?

Enterprise programs include manager dashboards, before/after skill assessments and an outcomes report we co-own with your L&D team.

Is the program delivered online, on-campus or hybrid?

We deliver in all three modes. The default is a live cohort with practitioner mentors; we also run on-campus bootcamps and hybrid roll-outs for institutional partners. Mode is agreed during the proposal stage.

What does a seat cost and how is the 25% first-collaboration discount applied?

Transparent per-student pricing (all in INR, plus 18% GST): 3-day ₹2,000 → ₹1,500/student, 5-day ₹3,000 → ₹2,250/student, 7-day ₹4,000 → ₹3,000/student — after a flat 25% off for first-time partners. The discount is auto-applied to your proposal (no code needed) and stacks with multi-cohort commitments.

Can the syllabus be customised for our institution or team?

Yes. The 7-day structure is the default. For partner engagements we tailor the lab projects, capstone brief and assessment rubric to your context, internal tools and outcomes — without diluting the core learning objectives.

Over the final two days, every learner builds and presents an end-to-end enterprise design thinking & innovation labs project. The capstone is designed for working professionals to translate the week's concepts — Design thinking principles, Problem framing & ideation, Rapid prototyping — into a portfolio-grade artefact that can be defended in front of a practitioner panel.
